At Zick's Farm offers two homegrown varieties of garlic that are (in our humble opinion) far better than what you’ll find at the grocery store. Our Russian Giant variety is a classic, a nicely mild flavored garlic that is not overpowering with big healthy bulbs that goes great in a wide range of dishes. Romain Red offer a long lasting hot and spicy bite with excellent flavor and a nutty aftertaste. Both of these varieties taste great. Garlic is also an extremely nutritious food source, packed with vitamin B, vitamin C, immune system support, and many other health benefits!
